  2. I don’t have any friends so i always kept all my feelings and emotions looked deep down inside but journaling seriously help me so soooo much👌🏻
    Not only I can write about my emotions it’s also a way to be creative and that something that I love more than anything..

    I need to go vegan to be healthier? 😁
    For some will sound stupid, but is something i been asking me, a long time a go…🙈

    1. I’m no expert of course, but I wouldn’t say that’s necessary at all. Sure, being vegan sounds healthier at first, but if you’re vegan you also have to watch out for different things, like getting enough nutrients. For example you have to see to it that you’re getting enough calcium, since you’re not having any milk or dairy products. To sum that up, I’d definitely say do your research before changing your diet/lifestyle! It’s not always the healthier option.
