  4. Thanks for the tips. I actually do these things already. The only difference is I co-wash every 3-4 days with cool water. I read somewhere that this promotes healthy hair growth. I have actually seen a difference. My hair is doing very well.

    1. You know, I always go back and forth with co-washing multiple times a week. It’s easier in the summers but the winters? I can’t justify it yet lol. Happy growing!

    2. I can do it in the summer and winter. My hair Miss 5Z is not a “team player” with the wash and go. I have to wash, style then go! LOL
